Our consultancy sessions are a primer to any other service we offer. This is a hands-off service, meaning that our role is to listen, sketch and advise. The basic session lasts 60 minutes, but you can chain them into bundles of 3 or 6 sessions.

This is our signature business and data analytics service. We map all of your company's processes and operations with the goal of highlighting repetitive processes that can be automated or company infrastructure that needs to be updated. We collect data on the ground, by witnessing your company's workspace and talking to you and your team. We use data analytics to extract trends and statistics from your company's historical data. This process allows us to gain an overview over your entire company and to perform an in-depth radiography on all aspects of your business. The goal of this service is to equip you with all the information you need in order to move your company to the next level of development.

Based on our radiography, we propose an automation plan for your company, targeting all the areas on the company map that can be simplified using technology.

This is a targeted service most suitable for medium to large factories that are looking to optimise their floor layout. The goal of this service is to computationally analyse visual and spatial data we collect from your factory, in order to determine the current usage and occupation of the space, map out redundancies and identify better paths for your space. We output recommendations for work stations, machinery and storage placements, floor pathways and overall factory layout options that best fulfill your business goals.

This service is a primer to working with a robotics integrator for digitising or building a smart factory. Our work ends with making sure that we coordinate with your integrator of choice and we advise them on best space layout practices we've discovered.

Now for the part that we enjoy the most: building things. This is our hands-on research, development and integration service.

This is the final step towards making your work easier. Whether you've already worked with us on problem identification and on creating an automation plan, or you already know what you want to build, in this phase we take care of everything from project management, phasing it into chunks that make sense, testing, implementing on site and most importantly- making sure we build technology that is intuitive and your team loves to use, whether at a desk or on the factory floor.
